Midtown is surprisingly the most freeway accessible area in houston. Keep going down Elgin and make a right on main street unit you his Midtowns , the namesake park MIDTOWN park with modern art and rec areas. As you continue closer to downtown you will run into Bagby park with the Iconic MIDTOWN sign and tacos and tequila restaurant.
